At Root Botanie, we’re committed to delivering your hair and scalp care essentials quickly, safely, and reliably. Whether you’re in a metro city or a remote area in India, our goal is to make your shopping and delivery experience fast, transparent, and stress-free.


1. Shipping Timelines

  • All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

  • After dispatch, delivery typically takes 2 to 5 working days, depending on your location and the serviceability of your pin code by our courier partners.

Delivery timelines may vary due to:

  • Remote geographical locations

  • Courier partner limitations

  • Public holidays, lockdowns, or unforeseen logistical delays

  • Sudden spikes in demand (e.g., festive seasons, sales)


2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹599.

  • For orders below ₹599, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies.

  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions or special delivery discounts. Keep an eye on our website and newsletters for such offers.


3. Serviceable Areas

Currently, we only deliver within India.
All deliveries are subject to the serviceability of your pin code as per our courier partners’ coverage.

We do not ship to international addresses at this time.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched:

  • You will receive a tracking ID and tracking link on your registered email and mobile number.

  • Use this link to track your order status in real-time.

  • If you face issues with tracking, please contact our Customer Support team for assistance.


5. Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners typically make up to 3 delivery attempts.

  • If delivery fails after 3 attempts due to customer unavailability, wrong address, or other customer-side reasons:

    • The shipment will be returned to us.

    • A refund (after deducting applicable shipping charges) or reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply) will be processed as per our discretion.


6. Damaged, Tampered, or Defective Deliveries

Every Root Botanie package passes through a strict quality check before dispatch.

However, in rare cases:

  • If your package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse delivery and report the issue to us immediately.

  • For defective, missing, or wrong products:

    • Raise a complaint within 2 days of delivery.

    • Email us at support@rootbotanie.in with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.

    • Important: Submit a single complaint for the full order—we process replacements or returns only once per order.

7. Privacy Notice (As per DPDP Act, 2023)

By placing an order on our website:

  • You consent to Root Botanie using your contact details (email, phone number, address) for order confirmation, shipping updates, tracking, and delivery-related communication.

  • Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and will not be shared with third parties except logistics partners involved in delivering your order.

8. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

Any disputes arising out of shipping, delivery, or logistics issues shall be governed by Indian law, and fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
